Online Class Code of Conduct

 

Dear Parents and Students,

To maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment, please follow the below guidelines during online classes.

1. Be Punctual

• Join the class on time.
• Be ready with books, stationery, and other required materials before the class begins.

2. Respect the Teacher and Classmates

• Speak politely and respectfully.
• Do not interrupt others while they are speaking.
• Use appropriate language at all times.

3. Camera and Microphone Rules

• Students are required to keep their cameras turned on during the class.
• Microphones should remain muted unless asked to speak.
• Islamic students who are uncomfortable appearing on camera may keep their cameras off with prior notice to the teacher.
• Avoid unnecessary background noise and distractions.

4. Attend Classes Regularly

• Regular attendance is important.
• Inform the teacher in advance if unable to attend a class.

5. Submit Work on Time

• Homework and assignments should be completed and submitted before the given deadline.

6. No Distracting Behaviour

• Avoid eating, playing games, or using unrelated devices during class time.
• Do not disturb the class chat with unnecessary messages.

7. Maintain Academic Honesty

• Complete your own work honestly.
• Do not copy answers from others.

8. Safe and Responsible Online Behaviour

• Do not share meeting links, passwords, or class recordings with others.
• Recording or taking screenshots of the class without permission is not allowed.

9. Parent Support

• Parents are kindly requested to support younger students in joining classes on time and maintaining discipline.

10. Positive Learning Environment

• Encourage kindness, patience, and cooperation.
• Let us work together to make learning enjoyable for everyone.

# මාර්ගගත පන්ති චර්යාධර්ම පද්ධතිය

හිතවත් දෙමාපියන් සහ සිසුන්,

ධනාත්මක, ගෞරවනීය සහ ඵලදායී ඉගෙනුම් පරිසරයක් පවත්වා ගැනීම සඳහා, කරුණාකර මාර්ගගත පන්ති අතරතුර පහත මාර්ගෝපදේශ අනුගමනය කරන්න.

## 1. වෙලාවට වැඩ කරන්න

* නියමිත වේලාවට පන්තියට සම්බන්ධ වන්න.

* පන්තිය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර පොත්, ලිපි ද්‍රව්‍ය සහ අනෙකුත් අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය සමඟ සූදානම්ව සිටින්න.

## 2. ගුරුවරයාට සහ පන්තියේ මිතුරන්ට ගරු කරන්න

* ආචාරශීලීව හා ගෞරවනීයව කතා කරන්න.

* ඔවුන් කතා කරන අතරතුර අන් අයට බාධා නොකරන්න.

* සෑම විටම සුදුසු භාෂාව භාවිතා කරන්න.

## 3. කැමරා සහ මයික්‍රෆෝන නීති

* පන්තිය අතරතුර සිසුන් තම කැමරා ක්‍රියාත්මක කර තබා ගත යුතුය.

* කතා කිරීමට ඉල්ලා නොසිටින්නේ නම් මයික්‍රෆෝන නිහඬව තබා ගත යුතුය.

* කැමරාවේ පෙනී සිටීමට අපහසු ඉස්ලාමීය සිසුන්ට ගුරුවරයාට පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමකින් පසු ඔවුන්ගේ කැමරා අක්‍රියව තබා ගත හැකිය.

* අනවශ්‍ය පසුබිම් ශබ්දය සහ අවධානය වෙනතකට යොමු කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න.

## 4. නිතිපතා පන්තිවලට සහභාගී වන්න

* නිතිපතා පැමිණීම වැදගත් වේ.

* පන්තියකට සහභාගී වීමට නොහැකි නම් ගුරුවරයාට කල්තියා දැනුම් දෙන්න.

## 5. නියමිත වේලාවට වැඩ ඉදිරිපත් කරන්න

* ගෙදර වැඩ සහ පැවරුම් ලබා දී ඇති අවසාන දිනයට පෙර සම්පූර්ණ කර ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

## 6. අවධානය වෙනතකට යොමු කරන හැසිරීම් නැත

* පන්ති කාලය තුළ ආහාර ගැනීම, ක්‍රීඩා කිරීම හෝ සම්බන්ධ නොවන උපාංග භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න.

* අනවශ්‍ය පණිවිඩ සමඟ පන්ති කතාබහට බාධා නොකරන්න.

## 7. අධ්‍යයන අවංකභාවය පවත්වා ගන්න

* ඔබේම වැඩ අවංකව සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න.

* අන් අයගෙන් පිළිතුරු පිටපත් නොකරන්න.

## 8. ආරක්ෂිත සහ වගකිවයුතු මාර්ගගත හැසිරීම

* රැස්වීම් සබැඳි, මුරපද හෝ පන්ති පටිගත කිරීම් අන් අය සමඟ බෙදා නොගන්න.

* අවසරයකින් තොරව පන්තියේ තිරපිටපත් පටිගත කිරීම හෝ ගැනීම අවසර නැත.

## 9. දෙමාපිය සහාය

* සිසුන්ට නියමිත වේලාවට පන්තිවලට සම්බන්ධ වීමට සහ විනය පවත්වා ගැනීමට සහාය වන ලෙස දෙමාපියන්ගෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.

## 10. ධනාත්මක ඉගෙනුම් පරිසරය

* කරුණාව, ඉවසීම සහ සහයෝගීතාවය දිරිමත් කරන්න.

* සැමට ඉගෙනීම විනෝදජනක කිරීමට අපි එක්ව කටයුතු කරමු.
